I admit, the New 3DS is still noticeably smaller than the XL, which was always barely big enough for games like DKC Returns and Smash , but it looks SO. The next thing is the cartridge slot for the games. Ejecting and inserting games on the regular feels better while this might be a minor issue. I feel Nintendo must have noticed this, to address an improvement. Keep in mind since the regular edition is smaller, the A, B, Y and X are slightly smaller as well. The XL wins by a landslide when comparing the loudness of the speakers. This was expected as making a smaller portable, you need to get smaller internal parts.

I recommend that everyone who has a 3DS or wants one to get the new 3DS, it's that good. I hope Nintendo release Twilight Princess and Windwaker for the new 3DS.

After comparing Majora’s Mask on both XL and regular, I noticed the XL had more vibrant colors while the regular had more accurate colors. This scenario reminds me of the whole PSVita 1000 VS 2000. You can take it with a grain of salt on how you feel about it. Personally, I enjoyed the improvements the regular model offered.
